Anti-social just means someone who goes against society standards/rules. Criminals and psychopaths are anti-social, and they still have gangs/socialize with others to exploit them, with ease too because of their lack of inhibitions. Considering how the bunch at Eientei is, and her being a deserted soldier, it's not hard to imagine her being a bungirl that knows how to act shady on the underground with disregard of any law. That is not equal to her naturally disliking other people or even that this image that there is of her being untrustful but warming up to specific people (like Kageura in World Trigger, another type of anti-social) is true.

Long story short, as you would expect of what looks like a JK bunny she is adept at social situations and easy to approach, but don't be surprised if she takes advantage of you or snaps your neck as part of her missions
