see if they tried to give that excuse they'd get swarmed with "*group* RIGHTS IS NOT A POLITICAL THING, IT'S A HUMAN RIGHTS THING! THAT'S IT #HOLOLIVEISOVER!!!!!!!!!" it's literally a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation they find themselves in with situations like this. If they don't do anything, people will attack them for not using their following to "make change," if they say "we can't comment on political matters" they'll get attacked for attempting to avoid it, and if they say anything they'll get attacked for commenting on it and their channel won't actually benefit from virtue signalling either. This is why HoloEN is a very risky move, since it'd be near impossible for them to avoid a situation like that and they can't pull a "Trans rights, what's that" moment like Coco since people would already assume they are actually American and would know these issues.
