I've yet to listen to Void's debut album but I have a feeling (based on his past works) that it'll be great. Was dissapointed this time by Bastard Pop Terrorists but Black Ace's solo album made up for it.

If I had to pick one album, I'd say listen to Project Sync - Mercy. It's by Lix, who runs Levo Lution and it is a brilliant album

Unfortunately, yes. Lately, shit's being uploaded faster to PD (thanks to guys like Maou moving there) so share users have to wait for somebody to reupload the files. Which may still be faster than downloading from PD because... it's PD.
