Tokiko's got a pretty nifty design for such an incredibly minor character. Very minimalist, cool hair, and that headwing in place of a crest is great. Don't much care for the horns, though, as much as it adds to the Keine relation.

Tokiko is the best. I wonder how strong she is? Nothing big, for sure, but how is she compared to, say, Mystia? Or Rumia?
