Roll until you get a monstergirl five times, and remember the order you rolled them in.
1: Mechanic. She's been around since the end of the war and understands human technology. She'll be repairing and maintaining your new cyborg body in between missions. She's tomboyish, and eager to learn more about human technology.
2: Strategist. She was a high ranking officer during the war, but always was behind the front lines, and never came to earth. She knows battlefield strategies that will help you immensely, but doesn't really understand human weapons all that well.
3: Comms officer. She was originally a town crier, but after impressing the visiting human military with her ability to memorize information, she was hired as a Comms officer. She gains information about your missions from the brass, and relays it to you. She's rather cheerful and kind, often inviting you to come hang out with her during your off time.
4: Medic. This girl has barely ever seen a human, having lived in a castle as a high ranking noble monstergirl's attendant. However, her skill in the healing arts was enough to land her a commission with the military. She's shy and awkward around you, but it's clear she likes you.
5: Civilian. She's a girl from a small village who wants to learn more about your world. She's signed up as a civilian contractor , working simple Janitorial jobs and the like in exchange for interviews with the crew. Eventually, she's gonna want to interview you too.

Oh, and don't forget your weapon anons. No cyborg soldier is complete without a sickass weapon.
