Was Missileman ever planned to actually be in the game? Since he's not in the game, and some of the stuff that's been passed around was stuff drawn by the artists for fun, not necessarily for Shanghai.exe.

Like this one. While it is one of the games artists and it's obvious with Ran's design, he does straight up say that it was inspired by, but not related to Shanghai.exe.
