You're a little short on cash this fall, so you put out an ad; You have a spare room and are willing to rent it out for students to the nearby college. Several people send you response e-mails and now it's time to pick one

>Dark Priest (Theology): She can afford the rent and pay for herself, but not much else. But she has rather simple needs for living and won't cost too much extra. However, she can get a little preachy and may try to force her views on you.

>Jinko (Health Science): She's got her own workout equipment and will use it frequently. She's extremely confident in her body and won't object to you watching her. However, she may require a sparring partner once in a while, and she will throw out anything that she deems unhealthy.

>Raiju (Electrical Engineering): She has a wide assortment of tools and can be very handy around the house. She'll keep your applianes running like new. However, she likes to bring her projects home a lot. Your electric bill is probably going to skyrocket.

>Lich (Double major, Chemistry and Biology): She's really smart, but incredibly shy. She'll probably stay in her room alone all day, but doesn't object to you being around too much. You won't have to worry about getting sick, as she can easily cure what ails you. But some of her experiments can get morbid, and you may find yourself becoming an unsuspecting test subject on occasion.

>Vampire (History): Money is no object for her. She'll pay whatever rent you decide on, and is more than willing to pay for any expenses while she lives there. Sh is even wiling to treat you to a few nights out and trips during breaks. But she is very high-handed. You will essentially be her servant while she lives there and be expected to meet her standards.

>Wood Elf (Ecology): A total granola girl who's making her first real excursion away from her village. She lives very simply, but won't be able to pay much beyond rent. Her culture has access to all sorts of special herbs and potions, and she's more than wiling to share. Expect to have a lot more plants and fertilizer in your house, and to get a lecture if you're overly wasteful.

>Shark Mermaid (Marine Biology): She's very outgoing and sociable. Despite the odd pirate tendencies, she's actually pretty smart and helps with whatever she can. While she tries to be self-reliant, you'll have to be around a bit to assist her with certain things. You'll have to make your house wheelchair-accessible, though she's willing to work to pay off the costs. Expect a high water bill and occasional replacement of silverware.

>Anubis (Law):Expect her to be up at all hours studying. She can be a bit blunt, but ultimately she's a decent girl. She'll happily abide any rules or boundaries that you set up, so long as you do the same. She has a tendency to get bossy & treat you like an assistant if you help her with stuff, but she always makes up for it.

>Succubus (Undeclared): A sex demon studying abroad from the country of your choice. Very outgoing and equally perverted. She'll pay for the rent, but that's about it. Unless you stay on her, she'll ignore chores, raid the fridge, and come home in the middle of the night completely hammered. But she keeps an open door policy. She's completely fine with casual sex any time and is open to doing almost anything. She'll also frequently walk around the house wearing very little clothing, if any at all.

>Alp (Gender Studies): You sure you want this? Hey, I'm not here to judge. She maintain several blogs at once. If anything happens in the house, you can be guaranteed it's on the internet by the end of the night. She also has a tendency to spout nonsense and baseless 'facts' about just about anything, though she'll usually back down if you assert yourself. Despite how abrasive she can be, she shows you a lot of affection and tries to be as close as possible to you all the time.

I think an anubis or a jinko could manage it, especially if the former's paw's were just like pic related. Plus, they've got the advantage of claws, which would function a little bit like nails, for some added dexterity.
Yetis would be at the biggest disadvantage. Quite possibly the biggest paws of all three, and no claws to help.

On the plus side, it means I don't have to delete 75%. On the minus side it means I write more than four times slower than I normally would.
