In cases of deleted or bumped our threads we generally continue from an approximate of how many posts there have been. The past 3 threads haven't have had that many posts, so 31 should be about right.

The general suspicion seems to be that the previous OP was deleting his own threads, that's why it makes more sense to make a new thread than stay in threads that continue to be deleted. This way we might have actual stability instead of going to AKB General 83 in three weeks or something.
