Given monsters can reach the "considers him her husband" physical state without having sex with him (there are cases where a monster just befriends a man and still falls in love with him), I'd say they very much can.

Not that they have to taste his mana to fall in love anyway. Keep in mind the mana addiction is considered by them a sign/proof of love, i.e. love causes the addiction not the other way around.

Then there are special cases like nureonago, where all you have to do is return the smile of an unmarried one that is seeking a mate and voila, she considers herself your wife and can track you down anywhere.
