I found a way to legally purchase gravure vids from Japan without a VPN.

It is an absolute pain in the ass, but here are the steps.
1. Sokmil dot com is the site that will sell to dirty gaijin (click on their gravure tab)
2. Go to bitcash dot jp, register account
3. Go to Play-Asia dot com and purchase bitcash from them (search "buy bitcash japan" in google, first result)
4. Get code from play-asia, enter codes into bitcash dot jp
5. go back to sokmil and on checkout click the bitcash option for payment, enter in your code from bitcash website
6. purchase successful
