I sort of see where you're coming from, but as a man with mild paladinry tendencies myself, to an extent the violence is an integral component of the sexual fetish.

Getting raped by a succubus is kinkier, and forbidden-fruit-ier, if you are legitimately, zealously committed to her destruction. Being a man who secretly nurtures a yearning for coexistance is fine for those who like it, but you can't taste the unique physical and emotional train-crash of a classic hatefuck without the... err... hate part.
