See I think that's the main point from ZUN. Tojiko, Futo, and Miko are not the real life characters of the people, they're just individuals inspired from them via their back story/name.

I mean it is possible in a work of fiction to have someone heavily inspired from somebody in real life with a name/back story, but have them not be that person.
