As for most of the weapons like the missile launchers, bombardment weaponry and even orbital bombardment weapons would be modified and changed by Gremlin girls or any other monster girl specializing in engineering and technology. The modified ship's weapons will now instead fire or emit MGE-style Demon Energy which will harmlessly incapacitate and pacify targets and then corrupt/monsterise them. And the now corrupted ship can use its newly modified orbital bombardment weapons to rain down Demon Energy onto it's target locations.
