I am getting genuinely pissed at Otona right now.
I made a mistake trying to order an item that was out of stock for few weeks. It took them a whole day to reply to my question on when it is going to be shipped and ask me whether I want to replace it. And now that I have requested them to ship a cheaper hole instead they go silent for another day.
And that's before Saturday too, so it is likely that if they don't reply in an hour or two they will just fuck off til monday.

By that moment it would be over a week since I have placed and paid for my order and it wouldn't be even shipped.
