and yeah i also laughed at him saying he didn't have "any advantage" because of his mom being japanese when earlier in the video he points out how his grandma bought him japanese children's manga which tells us that 1) he spent time with a japanese grandma who likely didn't know fuckall english 2) he had access to japanese material at a very early age
lastly, he claims that "nobody ever talks about" choosing appropriate material for your level when talking about learning japanese from weeb media while literally everyone talks about that lol
