The issue with Ran's Agi is that no matter how much stats you put into it Medi buffs herself with Agi Up+1 for each layer of graze. One layer of Agi Up is applied to her Agi stat mutiplictiviely while every additional layer is applied additively to that initial buff. Unless you counteract it by applying Agi Up to Ran in equal to or greater amounts it will probably not matter how much raw stats you apply unless you are autistic enough to work the exact formula out.
