It's from one of the most kino events in Touhou Lost Word. Seiga runs a social club for ladies, and at some point uses a forbidden ritual to summon a random helper, which makes Junko pop out of nowhere.
At some point the girls are narrating scary stories to help Kogasa understand fear a bit better, and Junko's story is so terrifying that it basically mindbreaks everyone in the audience. The scariest part is that her story seems to be about extremely malevolent entities creeping out of holes, which is exactly how Junko was summoned to the club.
