We are extremely surprised to see the issues with this figure - it is very unusual for PVC figures to display the kind of problems shown on your copy. Because of this we would like to ask that you please ship your item back to us so that we can inspect it and also forward it to Griffon for inspection if necessary. Please use the cheapest possible shipping method to return it, and send the item to:

Pfff, even more issues now, I never shipped anything, and with the cheapest method of shipping it would take about a month I guess...
