Revenge for killing Rika? Although she doesn't seem vengeful like that, what's even the point of killing a non-looper who fucked up? It's not like Rena wouldn't have been miserable in that world anyways.

But it would explain this scene from the previous PV. Satoko was pretty mad at someone and got blood on her.
