Suisei still had an average of 17k viewers despite the fact she streamed after the announcement and there was also a 3D collab stream going on at the same time. She's not in trouble because despite all the pride of CCP memes most of her viewers are still coming from other countries.
The only "damages" she got so far is around 3K subs loss on bilibili and she also got a few unsubs on youtube earlier (she was at 501k for a moment then dropped to 500k again).
With TIF and her 3D live coming soon, she'll still steadily incline unless she does something incredibly stupid.
