Houzuki's appearance was very inconsistent in the CGs and that bothers me. Not as much in the sprites but still annoying.

A direct descendant of Kurosu Taichi, Higuchi Ken, undergoes the Special High Class Individual exam under the pseudonym “Morita Kenichi.”
As part of his exam, Kenichi attends Gunjou Institute, which remained mostly the same since Taichi’s days. Instead of high adaptation coefficients, the students commonly have obligations. The capital punishment room still exists, but is sealed.
Exam Proctor Houzuki Masaomi pairs Kenichi with his sister, Higuchi Ririko, who is burdened with the Maximum Penalty.
Kenichi engages in one-sided conversation with his sister under the pretense of “self-narration.” The illusion of a narrative maximizes the Maximum Penalty’s effect, causing Ririko to become a vessel for Blick Winkel.
During an uprising, Ririko invokes Blick Winkel to recite the letters entrusted to her by her father, Higuchi Saburou.
Blick’s second coming causes time to move at the “natural” rate, identical to the previous world.
All according to Houzuki’s plan.
