having an expectation of physical evidence for every crime is honestly retard tier. my business got broken into. police searched the place and found no evidence. they investigated further and found out that one of the cleaning ladies in the business next door had intentionally left a door unlocked on a second floor balcony so that some people could come in with a ladder and steal shit. still no evidence. the cleaning lady admitted to the crime and was basically given a slap on the wrist since she was a victim as well, the guys were caught, still no evidence and convicted based on her testimony.
