if i had matt's charisma and appeal i wonder if i would do what he does or if i'd feel too ashamed of it. i couldn't see what i do as helpful considering the alternatives out there, but working a normal job doesn't feel helpful either so why does it matter. he said he never wants to work under someone and have to take orders from others. maybe he'll avoid that at all costs, even if he feels he has to do something he might consider exploitative and immoral.

actually i wonder that of most here. i don't think any of you could amass the kind of following he has even if you earnestly tried.
