Why would there be ultimate weapons without special effects? Who thought this was a good idea? This is the strongest sword in the game. It has no slayer, no chance to deal more damage and not even basic stat boosts. All you can do is slap generic effects on it or pray that the RNG decides that you get a rare effect after battle.
