She's part of the royal family in a country with a massive cult of personality, North Korea style. She officially does not poop like commoners do. She doesn't even have an anus. Nobody in her family does. This is taught in schools all across Africa and everyone believes it. That puts her above the foolish masses as a human being, since she lacks the one thing that prevents pride and dignity from being permanent. Even if it's all fake, she has more than enough reason to be prideful and a bit full of herself.

Which means that the only way to prevent the ACR citizens from wanting war is to have Rethabile throw away her dignity and expose her anus in public television/selcomtube. That would prove that nobody in the royal family is superior to regular humans and therefore the pride of the ACR is a load of shit. It would kill everyone's national pride and make them surrender peacefully to the other factions, with no casualties except the princess' pride. And the pride of every single one of her family members, including the actual heir to the throne.
