Do any sirs have any theories about reoccurring real estate that features in JAV. There's an obvious reusing of properties and facilities in many different titles (the most notable being the pool). The thing is that these locations seem to be used by almost all studios, dismissing the idea that, say SOD, own a few properties as assets.
Also why the fuck is the lawn in pic related always terrible??
