Arc has an infinite energy output in practice. This was a thing since Fate/Extra mats:

However it seems that being on Moon Cell would restrict the length of time which this skill can be used for, as well as there being some opponents that her specs would be unable to exceed.

Note the only time she has a limit to how strong she can become and how long she can sustain her amped state is within the Moon Cell. This penalty and limitation doesn't exist in the real world.

She has no end cap probably because the Celestial Egg is a universe and her Principle allows her to keep channeling energy inside a planck length focality.

Do the physics of this make sense?

So? You realize this is entirely irrelevant? Arc can output enough energy to recreate the Earth. If she is lacking energy at any point vs anyone, then she'll simply channel more energy. Given her Principle she can literally keep compressing energy and make it denser and denser.
Based on what we know about Nero's powers she should be more than capable to reduce his flesh to subatomic particles.
Of course, it's entirely possible Nasu updates Nero's powers as well. But based on the stuff we know of Nero and the current Remake Arc's abilities she should have no problem killing him.
