Without a self insert is already a narrow selection. In fact, all those three things are arguably rare with VNs, at least when we are talking about actual comedy and not what so many random moege try to do.

That said, there are a few. Kinda hard to define what's a self insert and what isn't, that will also depend on the person and what they exactly mean with that, but yeah. Pic related is an example of a work with a fully voiced protag. Should work for most. Small cast though.
