3 Kings are likely aware that this world is disposable, and seek to prolong its existence by removing as much P3 as possible in order to slow down its progress towards completion.
Seshat is either in charge of, or has commandeered Kizuna to suit her own purposes.
The 8MS are actually programming subroutines designed to maintain the makeup of the world, Mario reverse engineered enough of the stolen plans in order to disrupt not only this simulation, but all concurrent ones in progress.
The Ark is another room within Kizuna, whos inhabitants have given up on the farce of playing human and now exist purely as data.
Wisdom is the knowledge of the 8MS's internal workings.
