Exactly. The fishes in Sanzu River are the forgotten/extinct ones because it's Gensokyo/Hell. There's even fucking Plesiosaurus according to Urumi's profile.

There must be some lakes or ponds around human villages. Misty Lake and Sanzu River aren't the only lakes in Gensokyo and you can't tell me that humans in Gensokyo never eat fish.
Then again, Urumi doesn't necessarily have to sell her monster hell fishes in human village. There is youkai bazaar in Muezunka iirc.
