that'd be very hard, because it'd contradict what was established during the creation of the sword, which is that it can communicate with Kasen and Yukari, and having the number 1 paranoid Gap Sage just know someone as powerful as Shinki went and tampered with the project she poured so much time and effort into, and it's a cornerstone of her plans… and do nothing about it would feel cheap and unlike Yukari at all. Not even timing can save that, since Shinki did it prior to getting to the party and Yukari/Kasen got the pin around that time. If it was the next day during her IUI, I could change it.
Though, to not delay things further what we can do is that: Shinki doesn't know about Kasen undoing her changes and makes the plan as if they were still true. That would generate a 'bomb beneath the table' situation, where we know something important changed, but the characters don't, and it's just awaiting to explode in their faces. Meaning improvisation on the spot when push comes to shove.
