If you still haven't figured it out you need to enable "Align Sprite Hack" on Half and "Align Sprite Texture" on Full. There still remains a small issue with world map unless you add one line to source and recompile but it's not that bad. (https://github.com/PCSX2/pcsx2/issues/1762))
