Depends what you're looking for. There's no eroge quite like Yume Miru Kusuri, translated or not. There's other eroges with bullying, though.

My favourite of the latter is looseboy's 'a profile', a doujin game (there's a nondoujin rerelease, but I haven't played it). You might find the finale (bully + bullied confrontation) somewhat less satisfying, though.
