Through the robes is how everyone and their mother draws her, but rarely the logistics of how she puts them on and how she fits a mass of mofu through them is considered.
Under the robes is simple and easy to wrap your head around since the back of her clothes just rest on top, but this is dangerous because it carries the risk of accidental flashings, not to mention potentially breezy.
