I'm levelling dragons at 5-4 (with CLT kai flagship). My fleet is typically CLT flagship + fast BB + placeholder (usually CA or CL, but I can consider putting a third CV(L) below dragons) + dragons + drum mule. Which of these setups is the best for my dragons? With a max Iwai (I'll have the screws once I finish all my weeklies) which setup is the best? And if either of the latter 2 setups is the best, what do I put in the slot with no planes? I put SCAMP there as a placeholder for now.

With a max Iwai the setups have 355, 354 and 353 fighter power respectively. (This is with 120 internal proficiency for all planes. Most calculators including KCV's assume a max internal proficiency of 100.)

I don't have a 2nd Reppuu Kai so I can't go Murata/Iwamoto/Iwai/Reppuu Kai on Souryuu and Murata/[blank]/Reppuu Kai/Re.2005 Kai on Hiryuu, which would probably work better than the latter 2 setups (it also has 354 proficiency). If and when I do get a 2nd Reppuu Kai, what would be the best setup then?

Or is it better to bring a 3rd CV(L)? I have all the CV(L)s except Aquila.
