I used the LSI card that was already in this thing when I bought it because I was lazy. That earlier screenshot was from its management UI.
Still have a stack of 10-14 TB drives from before prices went up that I need to shuck half of and use to replace the old 8 TBs in here. I keep putting it off until I can get a second server to copy everything over and maybe switch to ZFS. Fucking Chia...empty or even just plain used 4U servers used to be dirt cheap.
No, it's not all JAV. The extra IOPS are useful for my Plex server when there are multiple users, but RAID10 for porn is ridiculous, and I don't trust this thing's HW RAID6 nearly as much as I would RAIDZ2.
