if your goal is to become strong, you're making a big mistake. i would make "gains" (brainwashed by /fit/ and the general gym corporation media i see) by eating right, taking care of my body without the use of drugs and ``supple-ments'' and doing hard exercise with my own body. once you realize strength is far more than muscle you won't do silly things like bulk and then lift 400kg then wreck your spine, live on painkillers and overeat from all the appetite you build

these assholes live in such a fairy tale plane where the entire world bends to their will that they are so deluded to believe their sheer luck must apply to every bastard on the planet. if they think they "earned it" they have no idea that what they did was barely a fraction of work, stress or effort compared to another more unfortunate soul. if they believe it was their "mental fortitude" that made them successful they never actually encountered any real problems and just coasted by the easy stuff while other people have to combat soul destroying problems every day just to stay alive.
