In terms of worth or price. That’s a fair price for a plush doll of that size and complexity. A big fun part of doll use is playing dress up and cosplay sex. Such a doll with an average body type would be easy to buy clothes for.

If you wanted to add a face the head would probably work well with a kig mask for a high end option and maybe an Air doll mask for a low end option.

I really like my large plush rag doll and that wasn’t even built for sex and has a less shapely body. If your okay with toony look a chibi doll face could probably be used.

If you take your normal chibi anime doll and transplant the head onto a large rag doll body you get this poor approximation of those really nice 80 dolls.
