Bullshit, I wasn't happy. I'm on Bern's side for this one, and not just because it's Bern. I really HATE happy "let's tie up all loose ends" endings like EP6 had. That's why I'm really excited for how this next part is going to royally fuck everything up and hopefully disregard the major theme of romance that's been present in the last 2 games. Sure, it's a plot point, but the last two were ALL ABOUT IT. The games didn't even finish, they just kind of stopped whenever Erika lost her main point..."game suspended" my ass, KEEP THE MURDERS GOING!

Also, people seem to hate on Umineko because it's not great writing. They're right, but that's no reason to hate it. Nasu and Jun Maeda can't write worth a shit either, and look how popular they are. There's a difference between being good and being entertaining, and I don't think R07 has any disillusions about him being entertaining but not good.

Maria is OK, but I don't really like her outfit.
