Humans who don't age can't fit into society. Normally human's can't survive alone, but you wouldn't be able to die. So you'd be forced to live in exile like Mokou

Also, the youkai don't live infinite lifespans.

Kaguya copes with this by being a lunatic (crazy) princess.
Mokou already went insane. But even insanity and boredom of life dies eventually, so she became sane again, and even managed to prefer her lifestyle.
She's some sort of elite forest guide, now..

Few people get it right, most end up making her look like a clown or something.

Mokou will become a playable character in a later game.

I'm at about 13/150 in practice mode. No specific strategy has helped at all, it just comes down to weather or not I'm lucky and Mokou's random movements get her to take enough damage to end the card before I get walled in somewhere between the third and fourth wave.

It's simple. She probably wasn't loved by her father and felt terrible about it. She couldn't direct the hate at her father, so she used Kaguya as a hate-object for her miseries. When Kaguya humiliated Fuhito, it was the perfect opportunity to let that bottled-up steam out.
She persuited Kaguya, and later became immortal while she was at it. It's ironic that her rage is what made her live forever, even though it was all misdirected. She can never get her revenge, because it isn't really Kaguya who made her miserable in the first place; it was her one and only father she defends so dearly.
