Basically western girls are tsunslut because most cosplayers are more about revealing their body rather than accurately making the cosplay. According to /cgl/ there's at least 5 Yokos ever -con.
Furthermore there's this "acceptment" thing that gives some sort of legitemacy for shit cosplays, usually in women but it extends to your average asshole in a Madoka outfit.
