Basically the guy was saying there was a possibility Seija could have a somewhat amicable relationship with Nue. Not only has she never, ever, literally ever had such a thing and statements say "she cannot have such a thing because her nature disallows it", I pointed to Nue's friend as someone who's "similar to Nue" and thus "similar to Seija".

See half of the reason people pair them is that Seija and Nue are a bit alike in character. Thus, I pointed to Nue's friend, who is also similar to Nue and actually helped Seija out in ISC. Even though Mamizou helped her, even though Mamizou is also a troublemaker, even though Mamizou is a chaotic asshole who wants nothing more than the same kind of crazy bullshit Seija does... Seija does not ask for her help or have any interest in joining her or anything.

I brought that up as a point that it wasn't likely an interaction with Nue would go differently.
