OK retard let me explain it so you can understand.
1. Trannyshark is/was breaking the rules of hololive. To prevent more rules from being broken Kiara addressed him so his fans would fuck off, also twitter is Kiara's only way to communicate with Trannyshark.
2. Coco's twitter post was harmless and only literal bugmen thought it was something. Coco broke no rules, and addressing it publicly would be a net negative for Kiara.
3. Kiara can privately communicate with Coco, which is common practice for people who work together when there is some drama. Airing out laundry is a bad PR move.

This also clearly was the best response as only you retards and the bugmen are still trying to make something out of the Coco twitter post when everyone else moved on.
