Except she's not an "angry hothead" until after the player characters point out they were sent to her by Kaguya. Before that she's pretty laidback even if a bit too whiny.

And this is how I know you didn't even play the game. Neither was crying and, leaving aside that it wasn't a serious thing in the first place, the whole thing isn't as played up as you say it is. They literally just go (paraphrasing) "you're pretty good" "same" "shit, gotta leave, come to gensokyo to beat me up sometime" "oh fug she left and i dont even know her name D:"

No it doesn't you disgusting secondary fuck. Pic related, it's an old translation but I've just checked the in-game one and it's the same. As you can see, Sumireko says nothing about really liking Mokou or any other bullshit you want to project onto her. Not only is Reimu the one that brought Mokou up to begin with, Mokou is barely a point of conversation at all.

And Mokou doesn't say such things about Sumireko either when she confronts Reimu in the last ULiL story mode.

Look, I'm a yuribro myself and while I would absolutely LOVE if there was any (serious) yuri subtext in the games, the fact of the matter is that, at least in this one, there isn't. At all.
