You guys are overrating and misinterpreting Emrakul.

Protection from colored spells - This only means direct destruction, damage and alteration won't work on Emrakul unless it's done through artifacts. He'll still die easily from any spell that doesn't target him and any weapon. Even Lancer's Gay Bulge would insta-kill Emrakul (being Artifact - Equipment).

Annihilator - This does not in any way harm the servant itself. Have you guys ever played with or against Annihilator? The person suffering the consequences of Annihilator is the mage, and it takes a lot of sacrificing for someone to get rid of his most powerful assets. Sure, it will end up getting Emrakul sacrificed in the long run, but it's the same as how you can just kill a Master to remove the Servant; it has nothing to do with the Servant's power.

All that leaves is the ETB trigger (which is a very useful ability) and the fact that it's 15/15 flying. A normal flyer, regardless of size, can be chumpblocked by any other flyer or reach creature, and will be rendered harmless by an indestructible or regenerating creature with either ability. Meanwhile, it can also just be blocked to death if you have enough power - for example, by having a magical hax version of legendary heroes.

You're only comparing it to the normal humans, who don't use all sorts of magical trickery to achieve greatness. Servants were not normal humans.
