I don't know what the quality of that particular disc is, but you'd be surprised how good can a well made DVD look, even on a modern 4K display. Like the other anons said, leaving it as a untouched ISO is the best way to rip it, reencoding usually messes something up. And leave the upscaling to your player/TV, it knows what it's doing.
