Which of these setups should I use for my CA? Ship in question is Haguro kai level 51 with 10 luck, should I go for the DA set-up or the cut-in? I would prefer the more reliable and accurate one but I don't quite know whether the radar would aid the CI setup in getting me more good hits or would the more reliable (?) DA get me more damage more often? Focusing on day battle.

Obviously still learning about the game's mechanics
