If they're lucky. They may get assigned to ugly women, and they can't really choose their job. Also male porn stars in the West is in better position because they're as recognized as their female counterpart. I mean, in western porn you may see the males mentioned on the cover and credits as part of the cast like the actress. But you don't see that in JAV, they almost never mentioned the actor only the actress. DMM doesn't even have filter for actors.
I've only seen few exception where the males are treated as selling point in the cover like that midget Nishi-kun. Or this "Big Daddy", whoever the fuck this guy is.
