>Nice job not countering a single one of the other guy's arguments
I did though, unless you're referring to the voices in your head. Pretty ironic coming from someone who did nothing except deflecting.

Nor anyone who doesn't possess the phenotype, which I know an undergrad like you don't.

So is the entire Hakurei shrine the boundary? This would mean that the boundary is a 4-dimensional spacetime by which the outer world and Gensoko (both 4-dimensional spacetime manifolds) are glued together to form a 5-dimensional cobordism. However the category of cobordism classes nCob so far are only characterized for n < 4, and unitary TQFTs on nCob are nondegenerate for n = 4, meaning that you can't naively form a sensible physical Yang-Mills theory to describe matter in 4-dimensions. This would basically render the entire boundary project impossible even in principle.
So how did the sages do it? Bypassing this would mean that they (namely Yukari, since I don't think any other sages are smart enough) have to impose new structures on quantum invariants that are sensitive to the exotic differential structures that some boundary 4-manifolds have, while adding too much structure would break the property of topological invariance of what a quantum invariant should have in 5Cob.
