It was another time/age SG staff still were testing what the hell to do with this girls, they pushed the subgroups so much looking for a hit (Logica Single MV, Twinklestar Single MV) did not happen, TV like skits with SUN ? Was not successful. Ofc only BM went well (2013+ imho when Su went all out after SG).

Right now with only FRESH they get like U$68000 monthly! (6915 subs paying 1080 Yen) get to show the girls personality a lot and give them big push to act and be in Plays, shows etc. I'm very happy because they really take care of the Girls and promote them accordingly. I'm a firm believer that the Push Raura and Hinata got last year was because of this "new administration / way to do things".
I don't miss the old days.
